REGISTRATION COORDINATOR
Primary duties include answering telephones, checking in patients, scheduling patient appointments, and collecting and verifying patient information. The ideal candidate will have outstanding telephone, secretarial, communication, and computer skills. Must be organized, multi-task oriented, energetic, and possess a positive, professional attitude. Prior customer service or telephone receptionist experience is a plus. Required education: High school or equivalent.

OPHTHALMIC ASSISTANT
The right person for this position must have good time management skills and a professional demeanor. Responsibilities include taking ocular measurements, gathering medical and patient information, maintaining and cleaning ophthalmic instruments, and assisting the ophthalmologist in basic procedures. Prior ophthalmic or medical experience is a plus, but we will train you to become an ophthalmic technician. Required education: High school or equivalent.

OPTICIAN/OPTICAL ASSISTANT
Primary duties include assisting patients with frame selection, sales, and service, including frame adjustments. The ideal candidate will have good customer service skills, enjoy working with people, have good organizational skills, and be able to multi-task. Minimum one year of optical experience required, experience with contact lens fitting is a plus.
