Finny T. John, M.D. is a board-certified ophthalmologist who recently joined the Eye Center of Central Georgia in Macon. Dr. John is a native of Troy, Michigan, who grew up in New York and completed a Bachelor of Science from Cornell University followed by a Medical Doctorate at SUNY Upstate Medical University before transitioning to NYU Winthrop Hospital for an internship, where he was named Preliminary Intern of the Year. In 2017, he moved to Oklahoma City where he completed his residency in ophthalmology and fellowship in glaucoma at the Dean A. McGee Eye Institute.
